CommishFlow is a tool for organizing and administering fantasy sports leagues — tracking dues status, collecting draft-time availability, and sending reminders. It is provided "as is" for organizational convenience.
CommishFlow offers a free plan with league-size limits, and a Pro plan with additional capacity. CommishFlow does not currently process any payments for the Pro plan — if and when paid billing is introduced, these terms will be updated to reflect the billing relationship, refund policy, and cancellation process before any charges begin.
CommishFlow never handles, processes, or stores money. Any dues, buy-ins, or prize payouts referenced in the app happen entirely outside of CommishFlow, directly between members and commissioners, using third-party services those individuals choose (e.g. Venmo, PayPal, cash). CommishFlow's role is limited to displaying the payment method a commissioner enters and letting a commissioner mark a payment as received based on their own knowledge.
We are not a party to, and have no responsibility for, any payment, dispute, chargeback, or disagreement about money between a commissioner and a member. Marking a member "paid" in CommishFlow is not proof of payment and creates no obligation on our part.

You retain ownership of the league information, member lists, and other content you enter into CommishFlow. You grant us the right to store, process, and display that content back to you and the members of your league, solely to provide the service.
CommishFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You may stop using CommishFlow and delete your league at any time via league Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to any account or league that violates these terms, without notice, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise other users' data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommishFlow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including, without limitation, disputes over dues payments, missed reminders, lost league data, or draft scheduling conflicts. Our total liability for any claim relating to CommishFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for free-plan or anonymous use, is zero).
We may update these terms as CommishFlow changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of CommishFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of CommishFlow will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
